HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Oh, 2025. I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to you.
2025 was a special year for me. It brought exciting adventures, growth, changes in me, and dreams come true. But, at the same time, it was also filled with some of the hardest battles and spiritual warfare I’ve ever fought. As I was reflecting in my prayer journal this morning, I started to cry as I summed up the year with this one truth:
All year, He’s been my Father. And I am just His daughter.
Through everything that happened in 2025—the highs and the lows—Jesus was always there. He never left my side. Because that’s who He is—He is unfailing love, mercy, salvation, and grace. It has nothing to do with me or what I do—it has everything to do with Him.
I’m just a daughter.
I don’t know what your 2025 was like, but there’s one thing I do know as we head into 2026: Jesus is everything. If we have Him, we have everything we need. “The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing” (Psalm 23:1). He is our Jehovah Jireh, our Jehovah Rapha, our Jehovah Raah. Whether we’re on top of the highest mountain or stuck in the lowest valley, He is there.
Let’s make 2026 all about Him.

Each New Year we read through this incredible book together—and the tradition lives on! I honestly can’t think of a better book to start the New Year with. There are 31 chapters in Proverbs—one for each day of the month—and it’s filled with so much wisdom, insight, and life advice. Get ready to be inspired, challenged, and convicted!
