The commission announced the development in a post on its X handle on Monday, stating that applications will open on March 23, 2026, and close on April 19, 2026.
According to the NDDC, the programme aims to equip young Nigerians from the Niger Delta with advanced skills and training to enhance participation in local content initiatives and improve global competitiveness.
