The Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, has strongly condemned the existence and operations of unauthorised theological seminaries within the fold, warning such institutions to desist from using his name to issue fake certificates to their seminarians.
⁴The strong warning and scathing condemnation was contained in a memo with reference number CCC/EMF/PO/PD/ANC-01/02-26, dated 16th March, 2026, and addressed to all regions, area jurisdictions, all districts, all zonals, and all shepherds.
On quote, “It has come to my attention that some unauthorised theological seminaries operating within the C.C.C fold are unlawfully using my name to issue fake certificates to their seminarians without my consent or approval. Let it be known that any certificate obtained from such unauthorised institutions shall not be recognised by the administration of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
I, Reverend E.M.F Oshoffa, hereby affirm that the Celestial Church of Christ Theological Seminary located at Klm 53 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, remains the only authentic and duly recognised seminary of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.
In the light of the foregoing, all intending and serving Shepherds who wish to enrol for theological courses are hereby directed to enrol at the Celestial Church of Christ Theological Seminary, Klm 53 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.”
